Payments

Payment via Bank Deposit is currently only available to Scotiabank, NCB, and Jamaica National. Deposits from any local bank is accepted, however cross banks transfer may take anywhere from1-3 business day. Once payment is reflecting, your order will be shipped.  Orders placed to be paid via Bank Deposit must submit proof of payment within 48 hours via Whatsapp @ 1876-470-7365 to begin processing. If payment is not received within 48 hours, the order will be cancelled.

 

Missing, Incorrect, or Damaged Products

If you receive an incomplete order, incorrect item or an item was damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at 1876-470-7365 Whatsapp or Call, or via email at barebasixja@gmail.com. Be sure to include your order number and a picture of items received. Contact must be made within 48 hours to be eligible for a replacement.
